The project partners, GIU &#8211; Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Innovation und Unternehmensf\u00f6rderung mbH in Saarbr\u00fccken and the subcontractor DudoPark GmbH &amp; Co. KG, have equipped commercial apartments and offices with the necessary technology for the first time. These now serve as a further test environment for the system. This will allow the development of new services to be driven forward under real conditions.   <\/p>\n\n<p>What exactly is the project about?<\/p>\n\n<p>Many smart devices currently function on their own. The aim of DuITeasy is for various digital helpers to exchange information and thus enable new smart services &#8211; for example automated heating control, access systems or service connections such as parcel services. These services are to be implemented in three phases. Phase 1 has now been completed with the technical equipment of the commercial properties.   <\/p>\n\n<p>The phases at a glance:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Technical equipment<\/strong><br\/> Networked sensors and devices are installed in the selected apartments and offices. Existing smart home systems will also be integrated. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data collection<\/strong><br\/>The installed systems continuously collect data on usage, condition and environment. This data forms the basis for further development. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Model development<\/strong><br\/>The data collected is used to develop intelligent models that enable assistance functions &#8211; such as automatic control or notifications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>All systems are connected to the SmartLivingNEXT data room. This guarantees secure and trustworthy data exchange between all components and partners.
